Alpha 2.0 Dungeons

  • Containers

    Simple openable Chests, Boxes and bags. This will also include Loot drops from defeated enemies.

  • Healing Items

    Simple Items that restore your Health (Potions, Food)

  • Box pushing

    There will be Boxes that you can push around. These can be used to as platforms, Block off areas and press down pressure plates.

  • Pressure plates 

    Pressure plates will be switches (On/Off). These will trigger various things like opening doors and dropping items.

  • Levers

  • Levers are unlike switches gradual. So instead of opening a door it will slightly open it depending on the position of the lever.

  • Triggers

    Simple triggers that will be used throughout the game. Triggers that will be made in this update will be (open door, spawn item(s),spawn enemies, move object, play sound, rotate object).

  • Basic traps

    traps can be found through out the world. In this update I will start with simple like(spike floors, arrow walls, horizontal blades, blades columns, giant rolling boulder, Death pits).

  • Make the first dungeon

    All of the above elements will be used to make a dungeon. This dungeon Wil be used to show how a dungeon can look. This dungeon will not have boss fight yet.

Alpha 3.0 Crime and punishment

  • Stealing

    When you enter a building which is owned by someone. When you take something there you will steal it.

    You can also open NPC Inventories and pickpocket them.

  • Crime System

    There will be a crime stat that will go up. Every time you get caught in a criminal activity. Certain events can happen based on your crime stat

  • Kill NPCs

    When you kill a unique NPC They will not respawn. Any ongoing quest including them will automatically fail. And your crime stat will go up.

  • Crouching

    You will move slower but you will also be smaller. Crouch can be used to dodge certain attacks and Go under objects.

  • Sneak

    When you will be detected will be based on several variables like (Armor Type, Running or not and light levels). If you are unseen you will also deal more damage.

  • Guards

    The guards will now be more then just friendly NPCs. They will now react differently to the player depending on their crime stat. The higher your crime stat the more alert guards become. And the more aggressive they are in arresting you.

  • Prison System

    When you are arrested you can be send to prison depending on your crime stat. If you get send to prison You can either try to escape. Or work of your bounty.

  • Escaping

    The prison is a big procedural dungeon. There will be puzzles to solve, keys to find. and guards to avoid. But since the prison will be procedural there will always be a different route.
